Deepika Rana is a seasoned executive with over 30 years experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Li & Fung. In her role, she successfully leverages the company's global scale to deliver customer-focused and innovative supply chain solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving retail and Geo – political landscape.

With considerable experience on the complexities of supply chain back office functions, Deepika has been instrumental in optimizing the processes, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced service delivery. Prior to her tenure at Li & Fung, Deepika served as the country head for India at May Department Stores, where she demonstrated her strategic and analytical leadership skills. Her career also includes significant advancements at J.C. Penney Purchasing Corporation, where she honed her expertise in developing innovative business solutions.

Recognized for her ability to drive change and transform conventional approaches within the industry, Deepika is committed to enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of innovation.
